Well lit, clean, located close to home. Lot clean and pumps in good condition with receipt paper available and trash cans not full. No one begging or loitering

the gas war between kroger, sam's, costco and bp. you go beyond betting their price and that helps me to pay lower gas. i also like that i was able to get in and out in a timely manner to make it to work on time.

It seems people are always playing loud music, when you pull up to the pumps. I don't like that.
