Thee was no water in bucket to clean windshield, and I needed to clean it, then there was no receipt at the pump. I had to go inside and the lady act like she could care less. The lot was full only a couple of pumps open. This I snot like most of your stations. I was close and needed fuel, we buy a $1,000.00 + each month from you. The gas station was crowded with customers and only one register was open when I entered the store.

I waited in line a for a few minutes. (which was expected, I did not have a problem with that). When I arrived at the counter/register to pay for my items, the attendant looked at me and pointed to the register next to her. She did not say anything to me. She just pointed. I went to the other register and the other attendant at that register said "I'm not ready yet, go to the other register". The only other register was the one that I was initially in line for! I don't expect a high level of customer service, but I do expect to be acknowledged and NOT being treated like an animal. I am VERY dissatisfied with what happened and I'm not sure that I will be visiting this store again.

This Murphy Express is staffed with people who have VERY poor customer service skills. The manager with the blonde hair should be fired!! She has the worst attitude I have ever seen in my life ! The store is dirty. Mud was on the floor. They always have old and out dated product on the shelves. They were even talking about someone who came and pulled some of the old products off the shelf. So not a good look to customers who visit on a regular. I will never visit this store again

cashier very rude. asked for bag to put my products in. i was told by cashier shakerria she did have one. when i told cashier I did want them. (my products) she offer to me trash gag??????.

We came in to get drinks...no cups. Rude employees. I go outside to pump gas to pay by credit card and the attendant put someone else's gas on my pump which means I couldn't pump my gas. So I just pumped using the prepaid money on there. They started yelling at me saying that I am pumping someone else's gas. How? I've been sitting at this register for 15 minutes. I had to go in and pay for the $6.44 I pumped. How is it my fault that they put someone else's gas on my pump and prohibited me from using my card? I'm sure you don't care about my survey or your store wouldn't look ghetto. But my family owns a convience store in Memphis and it would never look like yours.

I fill by truck up once a week and visit for other items 3 to 4 times a week. Each time I'm welcomed with a greeting from the attendance. The lady that works the morning know me by name and what items I'm purchasing . I enjoy this very much. Not just being another customer, but a friend. Hats off to Murphy employees. Thank you
