The lot is not set up very well for when traffic is high. It was busy because of the lower price compared to other stations.

It was an ok experience.

Attendant was rude and outside was chaotic

Diesel pump # 12 was pumping fuel very very slow. Vomit on ground beside pump 12. Had reported slow pump to attendant last year. What is the use of reporting it again? The other diesel pump on the west side of lot just gives receipt occasionally.

attendant could not explain 20cent discount, so I could not receive discount

I was excited to get gas cheap but the wait and confusion of cars was too overwhelming, so I left and went somewhere else.

I was there earlier in the week and bought fuel. I took the online survey to get a discount off my fuel. I went inside with my survey rollback code and the attendant did not know how to apply the discount, so I did not receive my discount. It was like he did not care if I used it or not. Very disappointed.

Stealing money off of gift card to the tune of $14.14. I purchased $13.81 of fuel (I have receipt) then shows on line at my gift card registration site that a pending purchase of $37.95 for the same time. Store #8676 in South Point OH.

I come to your service station on a daily basis because it is near my work. I wanted the 87 fuel for $2.12. I pushed the 87 button. When my receipt printed I had been charged for the $2.52 gas. I told the attendant who was new and unable to help. A manager then showed up and proceeded to tell me that the pump must have selected the higher grade octane because something hit that button before I hit the 87. She told me all she could do was give me a dollar bill back, but I am owed about six dollars at that price. My money should have been refunded, therefore I will never return.

I hate the tv advertising above the pump. Too much advertising in general, now have to hear it the hole time here. Sorry to day I will not be returning if possible.
