Sometimes the clerks are so busy, you will have to wait at the window 2-5 mins before being able to make your purchase and when it's 30 and below it's no fun!

Something was wrong with pay at pump, so I had to pay in person. Really slowed things down.

There was no organization there!

The cashier saw me go up to the window and there was someone there waiting already but the cashier continued to keep spraying the parking lot instead of taking care of the customers, we waited for a few minutes until I stepped to where I could see him and told him that we were ready to check out. He did t greet either one of us or anything. I only go to Murphy's because of the friendly staff but this was not one of those times. I wish all Murphy's were like the one in Morrilton, Arkansas. Those girls are great and always greeted you and had a great attitude towards everyone. I was sad that I moved from there to Conway because I wouldn't see them anymore but always hoping that I get the same service I got at that store. Normally I do but like I said not this time.

Tried to pay at the pump with my Walmart credit card, but after going through the process, the pump told me I had to go pay the attendant. I also told the machine to print my receipt off after I was through pumping, but it did not print my receipt at all.

THE ATTENDANT WAS SMOKING!!!!!!!!! She walked about 10ft from the little building, maybe 12ft from the pump I was at, and LIT A CIGARETTE!!! At a GAS PUMP!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. I know that it actually takes quite a spark to ignite a pump, and that she was "probably" far enough away, but it doesn't matter.... while she is working SHE SHOULD NOT BE SMOKING. If she needs to smoke so badly, she should wait until she gets a real break, then walk to the designated smoking area that walmart provides for their employees. She was in the middle of working and just stepped out to put us all at risk. Additionally, it looks INCREDIBLY trashy to have your attendant standing 10ft from the FRONT of the kiosk, in her Murphy USA shirt, sucking on a cigarette, and it smells awful. If sparks are enough of a risk that signs tell us to not use phones at the pump, her behavior was without a doubt a hazard. This was irresponsible and crass enough that I will ONLY get gas here in the future if I have no other option.
