This location is always crowded. Traffic flow is a problem. This time a tanker was in, blocking off half of the pumps. If and when these tanks are replaced - they should be relocated to the extreme west end of the site. While you are at it, there must to be a better design for the Customer service attendant office. This too is a bottleneck. Locate it remotely from the pumps at the west end also; with more visibility of the pumps; parking for the walk-up people - close by. Yes - this would help. It is about time for a SITE REDESIGN! This layout has not changed for the last 20 years!
