I have been experienced more than six times at this location that my Bank of America VISA didn't work at the pump and had to go to the attendeants office to pre-pay and used the same card over there. The reason I kept comeing back becuase this location is convenient to me. But if this issue continues, I have to think any alternative I could find. I can believe this issue being persistent and I didn't have any problem using the same card in any other places.

I attempted to use my debit card at the pump but kept experiencing the same issue - after it asked if I wanted a receipt and I clicked "yes," the machine kept telling me to "see attendant." I tried 3 times before I went to see an attendant but there was no attendant available. I unsuccessfully tried two more times at the pump before I again went to look for the attendant and then I found her sweeping.

My receipt states the cashiers name is Daniel R. I was not greeted, thanked or even looked at in the face by this guy. Not a good way to do business!

This is the second time in a ow that I have used pump #6 at this location and the receipt printer didn't work. As a result I had to visit the register and wait in line to get a receipt, for the second time in a row.

I've written in the past how your employees seem so busy I don't want to bother them with redeeming coupons off the phone. Well, on the 31st I was finally going to turn in a coupon since they had no line and 2people working. Not a single item did they have from the entire list of "free"stuff and they can not even substitute a different bottle of water from the 2 I had coupons for. I checked the other location,same story. What a bunch of b.s.. This is after setting up the "new" Murphy site for deals in your area. Again more b.s.. wow, to offer something that is not available,not out of stock,not in stock any day is just a lie. Poor job.

I wanted middle grade gas, upon pulling up to the pump I tried a couple of times to start filling my medium grad fuel, and the pump kept kicking off. I went to go to the little store part where the cashier stays and he wasn’t in there. I turned around and noticed him standing in the parking lot vaping talking to someone. At that time I walked over and informed him about the issue I was having with the pump kicking off. His response was oh well we only have regular right now, the other pumps are broken. My response was, you should have signs or post it somewhere in order to let the customer know. His response was “oh well”. The whole time he just continued to stand there and vape. The whole experience very unprofessional and definitely no way for a employee to represent a company.

Hard to get in and out of the gas station especially during peak time...waited at the pump for a guy who had to go inside and wait for tobacco....

This station is self-serve only which is OK. Construction building has interrupted payments at the pump. For example; Not too long ago Walmart gift cards could not be used, but regular credit cards could. That results in no discount on fuel. It was broke for 3-4 weeks. Last night (11/10), the station was cash only so no cards could be used. When I got there the line was about 7 deep so I just left. One would have thought in that situation they'd have 2 people collecting instead of one trying to do it all. In an attempt to increase sales of other products, pallet loads of salt are place on either end of the pumps making it difficult to get in and out of your vehicle. Sometimes those products bleed into the driving lane. Blocking the vehicle door and lanes is a hazard. Sell fuel, not salt. It is the most poorly mismanaged site that I've run across in my travels around the state.
