I am very satisfied with my experience at murphy. the attendant was friendly and knowledgeable. the products always available. thank you very much.

I am very disappointed that the gift card system has been down for three weeks. I know if you could not sell fuel at this station the problem would be resolved very quickly. I put one hundred dollars on a Walmart gift card for fuel purchase only to be told the cable to the fuel area was cut and Walmart gift cards will not work. credit card and cash do. so not only do I have one hundred dollars sitting on this card I have to pay cash or use a credit card and not get the discounted price at the pump. the attendant says they don't know when the issue will be resolved and it seems as though no one cares. I realize issues come up but Murphy Oil seem to be in any hurry to resolve this on.

Marcus the cashier is so rude it's unbelievable. Why does he still work there? Your losing business because of him. I will not be returning to Murphy's. Gas is cheap but I can't deal with someone being so rude.

I am highly dissatisfied because the man with the ponytail is extremely rude I have spoke with a manager apparently he did not do anything about ponytails attitude. I will not be returning to this Murphy's

Your attendant Kristopher Ado was incredibly rude, was told numerous times by him to shut up after bringing an issue to his attention. He told me he would call the cops on me for bringing said issue to his attention, and told to shut up some more after asking about his manager.

I used my Walmart credit card to pay for my gas. Right on the pump is a sign saying you save 5 cents a gallon off the posted price if you use a Walmart credit card. However when I pumped my gas, I did not get the discount.

I signed up for a Wal-mart credit card specifically to use at the murphy pump and save 5 cents a gallon. The very first time I used my card on 6/4/15, it didn't take any cents per gallon off of my purchase. The price was 2.62 a gallon, and I paid 2.62 a gallon for a full fill up which totaled $52.76. Didn't know if there was some trick you had to do at the pump to get the 5 cents off, did not have time to see the cashier, as I was in a hurry and had already waited in line for the pump to start with. Would like to know what the deal is with the Walmart credit card, or I will cancel it.

I was satisfied. If not satisfied was recorded, that is an error. I cannot go back and change it.

There was an option to have a car wash. No place stated that you had to go down the block and go to another location to get the car wash. When we went to the cashier to get the code she explained where we had to go. It was too late for a refund. When we found the car wash, we pulled up to get it. The instructions told us to pull up. We did so. It then told us to back up. After repeating this 4 times, we realized that there was a malfunction. The car wash was unmanned. We called the phone listed. We got an error that the phone was out of service. By then, we had wasted too much time just to get our car cleaned off. A total disaster. We are loyal Murphy customers. But we will not return to this location.
