Murphy USA

There are two murphy's stores within a mile from my home. One of them is in front of a Walmart. Oftentimes neither store has the Skoal pouches wintergreen and I have to purchase this product from another place. I have been purchasing this product from these stores for years, but lately, out of stock has been my experience. The employees ordering process is probably according to a spreadsheet or automated according to items purchased. I need these two stores to have enough of my smokeless tobacco in stock. I purchase all of my fuel from Murphy's as well, unless we travel out of state and Murphy's is not available. The employees are great and I know most of them by name. please get my tobacco to stay in stock at this store and the one a mile away from this one.

As I pumped gas, the pump handle leaked on the ground and the side of my car. I went to the cashier and reported the problem. She said that, she and the manager were aware of the problem. The manager was not at the station. The cashier said would ask the manager to repair the pump when he returned. I asked her to close the pump down. I explained to her the danger of a fire. She said she'd tell the manger when he returned of my concerns.

I pay at the pump so I will not have to stand in line at the register. When the pump has no paper in it to print on, I have to go stand in line behind smokers buying cigarettes just to get a printout of my receipt. We filled up five times this week and there was never a receipt printed out from the pumps.

Could have had a better selection of snacks. Other than that it was okay.

Pump was pumping extremely slow 4 or 4 days ago . So i pull into the same pump and its still not fixed. So i stopped sale pulled to another pump. While it was pumping i went to let her know. She said she knew. I said you need to put a sign on it. With an attitude she said she cant because its still puming gas. After 3 or 4 days and its not fixed. As a customer i am telling you as slow as it is put a sign on it.

Went in to use my coupon for a free dr pepper and the lady behind the counter was rude as could be. She messed up my transaction and wouldn't discount it even though she saw the coupon. Luckily I had an extra coupon and just used it instead of throwing a fit to her rude service already. Won't be going back
