told to see attendant regarding my credit card

This store did not carry the products that I love so much. Starbucks caramel coffee, Snapple raspberry ice tea or any raspberry ice tea. Price for candy bars I thought were kind of high so went to the Dollar Store.

The last couple of weeks this store has gone down hill there is either 1 person if you get lucky 2 people there both busy on register but, the store is a mess it never used to be like this this used to be an very nice store everyone being friendly nice and clean shelves full it hasn't been like this for a while now the worst was 6/11 and 6/12 weekend I waited almost 15 mins to get I finally got waited on its ridiculous how a store can change so quick and it is like this several days a week I'm done with this murphy tired of waiting forever and watching a store that was so good with customers and drinks and food to be available and now all that is gone IT'S A SHAME WHATEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!!

Kevin was a little rude like he did not want to wait on me and I was bothering him

Went for 4 slushies got charged for 5. I made the "mistake" of using a cup to try and get a 5th one but product wasn't frozen, tried another, same thing so I threw cup away. Got to counter and was greeted with contempt by cashier Martha and another attendant who dug my cup out of the trash and waved it around store to shame me. Then when I questioned price I was told they have to pay for the cup so I have to pay for the cup. There was no signage and as a former Sheetz convenience store manager I never would have had employees be so rude or condescending

The cashier at the registered was rude and acted like is was an imposition for her to do her job. When I entered the store there was a line, I wanted my turn and felt rushed and that I should only have asked for one thing. The cashier made that comment about "is there anything else" while she was getting cigarettes. She wasn't even in my view. She then proceeded to say "you could have told me while I was over there the last time". How very rude. I have not had a good experience in this location for a long time. I did have one. There was a young gentleman working in a very good mood. Talking to everyone asking "how they were and how could he help". He a was an asset to your organization. Not this women today. Maybe she needs a little recognition in her job to be happy.
