this location would accept the walmart gift card to pay for gas at the pump

design of pump access caused back up into street, maybe a inlet and outlet road would help

The pump took my card, approved, then wouldn't pump

pressed the pay attendant button. tried pumping 3 times before the attendant finally told me that I needed to pre-pay because it was after 10pm. I pre-paid $20.00. Pump only took $15.00 I went back inside and the attendant wanted to know if I pumped any gas yet. Then she told me that I got $20 worth of gas. I told her I did not get $20 worth of gas. She gave me a confused look. I told her I pre-paid $20 but, it only took $15

The attendant was insistent that I entered the incorrect PIN#. I have used this PIN # at every other transaction for the last 10 years without any issue.

I had a gift card to Wal-Mart that I wanted to use to pay for my gas with and the attendant was very rude and said "we don't accept those, we ain't owned by Wal-Mart." It just struck me the wrong way.

This station has a problem with beggars. I had one in the store approach me to buy him some food. The attendant did nothing about the situation. Also while I was pumping gas I had someone else ask me for money for gas. You need to do a better job of protecting your customers from this problem as well as for the customer's safety.

we got a walmart gift card for the discount...only to find out that this location doesn't take walmart gift cards like all the other murphy locations that i have been to EVER! NOT HAPPY instead of using the newly loaded gift card i not only spent money on that card but then had to use my debit card for Gas! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION ON 441 in Gainesville, FL EVER! and we were not the only ones at the pump with walmart gift cards 4 other ppl left because they couldn't use their gift cards for gas! Ya;ll are Loosing business because of this problem!

The first pump would continuously click off. I finally stopped at $2 and went to another pump. While filling, I visited restroom and it was very dirty, towels everywhere, and the trash basket was full. I reported the pump and restroom problems to the black lady manager. I told her that I normally give this station a high rating, but planned not to this time. Her response was, "OK". Very negative look on her face and she seemed completely disinterested in my complaint.

1. I wanted to check the oil in my car and all four stations were out of paper towels. 2.The bathroom had only a hand dryer which has been proven to be much less sanitary than using paper towels to dry hands. 3. I also noticed at least two stations were missing the windshield scrubbers. 4. I may have entered my PIN wrong and it immediately went to "see attendant". Why? How about "try again"?
