I visit this Murphy's usually 4 times a week for gas and cigarettes. Every time this attendant is working, and I buy cigarettes...she will lick her fingers to open my bag to put my cigarettes in. I have asked her several times not to do this. I will ask for a bag and let me open it myself. EVERY TIME I go in Murphy's and she is working, I have the same problem. It is nasty and unsanitary. I even suggested to her one day that she keep a wet cloth by the register to wet her fingers with. I used to work in retail so I know how difficult it can be to open those plastic bags. I have been tolerant about this problem but last night was the last straw. Betty Jean, the clerk, licked her fingers to open my bag...I said "no, that's ok--I don't want a bag." When she had rang up my cigarettes, I said--just give me a bag off of the roll and I will open it myself. What did she do? She reached over and handed me the previous bag that she had licked her fingers to open and handed it to me. I find this intolerable especially since I have brought it to her attention several times. Maybe she needs retraining...I don't know. I try not to complain about the small things but this is awful.

Every time we've gone to this location for the past 4 months...the window wash is either out, just water, or its been there so long that it stinks like sewage. We noticed the manager manager we like has retired. She kept everything in good shape and full of window wash daily.

Would not charge my card even though my account definitely had money.

On the pump it states that I could save more by using Walmart credit card. IT would not let me. The card reader said my credit card is a gift card. I double checked it after I left. My card is a credit card. The pump would not receive it as a credit card. This has happened to me every time I tried to use it to save at multiple locations. One in East Gadsden and the one today on Gilbert Ferry Road, on hwy 77, Gadsden/Attalla area of AL.

The store had expired items from months ago. The attendant was not very friendly and seemed like she did not want to be there

The cashier was very RUDE!!!

I purchased gas with my card got receipt then the pump read 20.00 prepaid I went inside to ask the clerk about it because I did not want additional change on card I did not get, the attendant told me to give her my card and receipt I did then ask what she was going to do she said I didn't pay for my gas which I clearly have a receipt for, she accused me of steaLing gas and told me to leave the store, very rudely I said she didn't know what she was doing, she opened her door screamed what is your name, I'll get your tag number and turn you in for stealing gas. The place was full and that was very embarassing. I have never stole anything.

I got diesel fuel that was contaminated from your store, and as a result, my truck is at the dealership for replacement of the entire fuel system. I have my purchase receipt and samples of the fuel, as well as the fuel filters.

The pump wouldn't operate and there wasn't anyone working to reset the pump. If you are going to have a pay at pump option, the pump should work and I wouldn't be running late for my job!!!! If you want to sell gas cheaper that is great. If consumers can't buy it when they stop, then it becomes another out of routine stop to another station. This has happened to me before at this station, but there was a person there to fix the problem. I'm very unhappy with your station. I had just purchased coffee at the Kangaroo up the street and would have purchased my gas there also if I had known your pumps we not working. I will purchase my gas at Kangaroo from now on, they have people working 24 hrs.

t this location we could not use our Walmart card . They said they did not take them. We were on vacation and we use our GPS to locate all Murphy's to always use. We were highly dissapointed We will never stop there again nor will we tell our friends or family to stop there. It was our understanding that all Murphy's took the walmart credit care. From now on we well ask before fueling at all Murphy's which will make it harder for us to stop at many locations.
