Paid for $10 worth of unleaded gas, pump quit working after $6. Attendant insisted that it was because the vehicle was full, when it clearly was not.

I explained to the attendant and was corrected and informed HE was the manager. That the issue of my cigarettes being out on a regular basis was being a regular issue. I was then told I could not complain because I wasn't aware of the back story and that the truck didn't arrive. My point was that this was becoming a regular issue. This manager was quite curt with me - when I told him to have a nice day - he did not respond making me feel more than not welcomed back to this location - that I have been going to for over 6 years.

For the 3rd time in 2 weeks this station was out of my brand of cigarettes. This really was never an issue before, but, has become a more frequent issue.

store #6690 has no working restroom I was told it is being used as a storage room!! There are always lanes coned off so always a wait. There also needs to be directional arrows to use this gas station

I went to pump 7. I tried the card reader 2 times and it did not work. The pump was not marked out of service & there was no sign stating there was any issue. I pulled to a different pump, no problem there. While pumping I went to the attendant to inform her about pump 7 not working. I a very annoyed tone the attendant said 'I know the card reader is broken. The part is on the way.' I recommended the pump be shut down. She said 'The manager wants it up and running, he won't let us shut it down.' I recommended they at least put a sign up informing people the c/c reader was not working. The attendant said 'I told my manager. He said not to because no one reads signs any way.' As I walked away the attendant yelled back at me, 'Well, I'm going to put up a sign anyway.' As I was getting in my car, the attendant walked up to the pump and hollered at me, "I'm putting the sign up now". Not once did she apologize about any inconvenience. She did not call over the intercom while I was struggling to let me know it wasn't working. All she did was complain about her manager not letting her give good customer service. A bad experience. Undue stress. All the manager had to do was put a sing up.
