good new pumps terrible speed of service

I visit Murphy USA a lot to buy snacks and fill up my car because it close to where I work. The attendants are normally very friendly and I enjoy my trip as much as you can enjoy a trip to a gas station. This time I was in a bit of a hurry because I was on my lunch break and went up to the register to pay and the attendant, Marlena Miche, was on her phone texting. This normally wouldn't bug me because we are a society that has their phones on them at all times - but she had the audicity to tell me to hold on a second (without even a please) to finish whatever it was she was doing on her. Customers always come first. I work in customer service as well and I would never allow my employees to put their phone before a paying customer.

There are no clear directions for entry and exit into the station. This creates a huge log jam when some cars are entering from one direction and others entering from the other direction. All the pumps were pumping at 1/10th normal speed. It took the same amount of time to pump 1/10th gallon of gas compared to normal pumping speed.

Walmart advertises that a person can save more by using there Walmart credit card, however I paid the same amount as if I was paying with cash. if I would have known that I was not going to SAVE any thing than I would have paid for the gas with cash. I don't like paying extra.
