I pulled up, pumped my gas without a problem, walked to the cashier, purchased what I needed, had a nice conversation with the cashier and left with a smile on my face.

I purchased fuel on my business card, then I went to window to purchase cigarettes for my spouse. The window purchase is what I am using for survey. When I walked to window, the attendant was very polite. Being honest, I have been to this store and been poorly received where a different attendant had a very bad attitude, but last night, I was extremely impressed with her professionalizm. I asked if she sold ice and she directed me to the ice boxes on the opposite side from where I always pump (I buy diesel for my pick-up). I paid for wife's cigarettes and ice, confirmed the boxes were unlocked, got my bag of ice and left. I felt good because she was nice, made me feel welcomed, and was such a great change from my past experiences. I knew I was going to complete this at my first opportunity because this person gave me a new opinion of Murphy USA and she deserves to be thanked. I had quit going there for a long while, and only did for convenience last night, but after her positive treatment, I will give it more chances of improvement. I hope everyone is beginning to act like this.
