Used my Murphy Visa. Sign on pump stated $.15 per gallon discount with this card and fuel was not discounted.

The store put a $75.00 hold on my debit card..Causing me a $25.00 overdraft...

Stopped at location 4 days ago headed to Fl, bathroom out of order. Stopped on return trip 4 days later bathroom STILL out of order. Traveling you want to get all needs taken care of at one stop . Could have been an emergency, traveling with elderly mother. All pumps busy so you could afforded repaids for your customers.

They are always out of my Copenhagen loncut wintergreen, and I drive there from flordia to get it, and when I ask about the in stock guarantee, they always say that it's not guaranteed, it's frustrating to want 5 cans and get one or none!

There was a new attendant, Amanda at the register and she informed me that identification was required to purchase cigarettes, there was also an attendant with Amanda that knew me and as I did not have my wallet with me, I informed the attendant of this fact. Her response was that, "it did not matter if the other attendant knew me, I still had to show ID. I went back to my car, got the ID and showed it and purchased my cigarettes. I informed Amanda that we both knew that I was over the age of 30 and I thought that ID was required when in doubt of someone's age. I also informed her that if a 100% ID requirement was needed to purchase cigarettes then there should be a sign advertising this fact at the front counter. Lucky for me there was no line and I really resented that fact of having to show ID at my age. She was knew and briefly glanced at my ID. When I asked for her name, she gave me her entire name, although she stated that she was not supposed to give it out. I have been going to this particular Murphy for more that 10 years and this was the first time I have made a complaint.
