drove up to pump and the card reader is always broken on the pump nearest hwy. 3089, not always broken but a lot. so i moved to pump #10 and it worked, but i noticed the security tape for the card reader was not affixed to the door, that is there for my protection so what is your attendant worried about its not her money, shouldn't she check that? it was like that 2 days in a row, so maybe i should go where my security is protected.

The lighting at this location is very dark at night on the right side of the building. This had me concerned for my safety. There was also a lot of gum, paper, dirt, old fuel spillage on the group that made it look unclean. This location really needs to be cleaned/tidied/cleaned up. It gives a bad impression.

I purchase some powerball tickets in which she added power play that cost 5.00 dollars extra and told me I had it marked on the ticket in which it was not true, She said that it wasn't her fault and that she do not make mistakes.

The pump didn't print my receipt so I went to the side of the building where the attendant was sitting inside with earbuds in her ears. I asked her three times for my receipt. She never took the earbuds out of her ears so I walked around the drink machines to ask for my receipt. She never took the earbuds out of her ears and didn't get up to come to the window where I was standing. I asked her a fourth time for my receipt. She told me to pump my gas. I told her I did and wanted my receipt. She said the keypad wasn't working and pointed to a credit card machine on the outside counter. I slid my card through and asked now what. She told me to move out of the way of the lady standing behind me. I told her to give me my receipt. Again she said to move from the window. I waited until she gave me my receipt. I will NEVER buy gas at that location again. The lady standing behind me heard how rude she was to me. Your business does not need an attendant like her working for your company. I have to wonder how many other customers she's lost for your company.
