Highly satisfied to me implies there was something above average; though my needs were met there was nothing exceptional to mention.

I never give Highly Satisfied simply because I believe there is always room for improvement in any given situation. I buy here ALL the time because it is convenient, easy access. Exxon is also next door; but 9:10, I choose the Murphy station. Must be something good about Murphy!

Because instead being able to pay at the pump I had to go to the cashier and paid

Everytime I come to Murphy to get my gas the pumps will not ever stay running. It stops every 2 or 3 seconds the whole time I am pumping and it makes me very mad.

The pumps at Murphy will never pump continuously. They always stop every couple of seconds.

The location is kept as clean and attractive as is possible given that most times thee is only one employee on duty. This is a location for getting gas and other items and is not designed as a hangout. I appreciate the gift card discount.

Rude attendant, not on this trip but several trips before today. It was like she didn't want to be there or was having a bad day. Same person more than once. Again, not today.
