This may sound minor, but the pump mathematical charges came to $13.14. My calculator says 5.59 gal X $2.34/gal should be $3.08?? And yes, I know I should realize a discount when I am billed, but still........ Multiply this by XXXX number of customers in a 24 hour period could realize big bucks for Murphy Oil?? What say you ?? There was another attendant in the store so when the customer at the register was causing an issue this other cashier still waited to open the other register. There were 5 people in one line waiting unnecessarily.

Attendant was very slow and not cheerful. There were at least 7 people in line.

instead of just looking at me and putting up the closed sign on your register instead of getting off for your cell phone I might I could have had a little bit better visit but the girl that did great me was pretty awesome so she was worth the wait anyhow and that made it a good visit

The price difference between regular and mid-grade ggs was 40 cents. At other stations it is 20 cents. I'm not paying your price.

I understand I am responsible to pick grade of gas, but this pump is preset to deliver premium gas without my input, rather than resetting to neutral.........allowing the next customer(ME) to chose which grade to pump. Yes I am at fault but be assured my next visit will be.......I don't know when. I am highly disturbed. I have spent a ton of money with you folks. I feel I have been taken advantage of.

I asked for black and mild wine wood tip and was given black and mild regulars. However I didn't notice the mistake she had made until I was home because she immediately bagged them up in a brown paper bag. It would not have been a big deal, however I bought 3 packs, and not a single so I am out that $ because tobacco can't be returned. The line was long and I think she was rising and not paying attention.

I didn't say I was not satisfied. I just said I would not recommend - I never recommend services to others.

The sign advertises a discount of 5cents/gallon when using a walmart credit card, which I did. This claim is also posted on the pump and mentioned on the receipt. But here is the problem, I did not get any discount on my fuel purchase. Is this not false advertising? I think so!!!! Don't advertise it if you are not going to follow through and do it!
