Having patronized MUSA in Bastrop, Taylor, & Rockdale for the past 16 months,I have become accustomed to excellent service from MUSA. The service here is ok, but lacks the same enthusiasm and sense of welcome I experience at the aforementioned MUSA's. When I first came here, it took a month of calls, reminders, leaving notes for manager before they were able to get my brand of cigarettes ordered- which cost me time and expense for several weeks, as I prefer to purchase all my gas and cigarettes at MUSA and was forced to purchase elsewhere, pay more and waste time on fruitless visits before they finally had them in stock.

Cheap cheap cigarettes!!

There were security tags, (TWO to BE SPECIFIC) stuck to the bottom of the gas pump. Not sure if they were tampered with by someone or if they were taken off and then replaced with new tags and then weren't picked up after replacement.

It get very busy at your location or something you have to wait for the cars to move while their is someone inside shopping.

They where kind of rude but its ok its not a big problem still will go back

Their fuel prices are competitive. They had really good deals on the drinks I purchased.

i have a problem not with murphy or the employees, my problem is with customers who block fuel pumps and sit in their cars, or the ones that park in the shade but do not purchase any fuel but yet block the pumps. my overall experience at this location was good. the customers suck
