The cashier's were rude and very slow due to the fact that they were too busy talking and joking with each other. Very unprofessional people working at this location

During the morning rush hour only one attendant on duty! Long lines due to people paying cash for gas.

Cashier was rude and seemed as if she could care less about the customers. Very poor customer service skills. No motivation to attend customers.

Ii have been going to Murphy's now for the past few weeks and I have been very unhappy with the services of the attendants and management..i am always waiting in lines that go to the doors the attendants are rude and constantly on their cell phones and have had to wait till they finish their txts' as far as the manager he is also rude and seldom has cups and fountain Dr Pepper available.. If u ask for it they tell you that I have to wait or they act like its a problem to fill what ever is empty. I have been in customer service for 20 plus years and I find these circumstances to be very disturbing. Today the attendant Michelle was very friendly although the lines were still long and again no fountain Dr Pepper she still served us with a smile. The manager was there with her but still offered her no assistance with the long line. Although Murphy's is convenient place for alot of customers I believe with the services from the other attendants and the rudeness I feel if these kinds of things keep happening I feel when circle K opens down the street from Murphy's y'all will lose alot of business. Me as one. Thank you

Attendant did not acknowledge me and another customer waiting to be attended to .. Didn't greet me and said what did you need in a rude manner ...after ringing up gas purchase She then she just handed me the receipt and walked Away

My son and I stopped in early this morning to top off gas and to get him a snack. I went to make a payment at the pump, the pump was not accepting my debit card nor credit card despite there being ample funds on each. We went inside to pay, I put $10 on my credit card and we walked out. In the process of leaving my son ran off through the pumps, when I was finally able to get him into the car and settled, we drove off. I had forgotten to pump the gas. I called 15 minutes later and was told "Sorry sweetie, It's gone" when I asked if I could get a refund or a credit. That is an extremely shoddy way of doing business, I understand that it was my mistake. I am now out $10 for nothing. Luckily I am not in a situation where I was about out of gas nor was it my last bit of money. For a gas station that my family spends a lot of money at to not be more helpful, I refuse to go back and have expressed what happened to collegues at work who also frequent the business.
