First pump did not work at all and nozzle wasn't bagged to indicate it was not working.

I get my gas here all the time and usually receive the three cent...advertised...discount when I use my Walmart credit card. I noticed that I did not receive the discount this trip and yet the receipt even advertises the discount. What gives???
