Routine visit not real reason

Sale price was advertised for a BOGO free on line of products. I didn't notice because it was very early in the morning and I was on the way to hospital after having received a call for available organ for mother's transplant (tired, excited and nervous). The receipt shows I was overcharged for both products (received only a .49 discount on $2.99 ea and not BOGO) The cashier, was nice, wished me luck and told me about special price on 2 sm vs 1 lg candy bar. Gas prices here are always the best in neighborhood.

I'm never highly satisfied with pumping gas. I would be highly satisfied if someone was there to pump my gas for me. Being satisfied is a high rating for me.
