Looked like the manager and 2 employees were doing some type of discussion about things that needed to get done- all 3 were standing close to pumps and neither of them greeted anybody & were actually in my way to get to the pump I was trying to get to. They acted like I was in their way. I felt like saying something to them like,...who is the customer here?? I'm glad this survey was available to voice what was on my mind. I stop here at least once a week, sometimes 3 times a week. It's always the cleanest place to buy fuel. It's not always the best price but it normally is always the cleanest. Congrats. We stop at this site everytime going and coming from GA, the staff is very friendly and it is a overall a pleasure to shop there.

Well to be honest I just ran in to use the restroom and buy a pack of cigarettes. The bathroom was clean and I didn't have to wait very long to finish my transaction. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit but It was a simple in and out. I don't know what would need to be done different for me to feel "highly satisfied". So I guess in my opinion there should not be a distinction between those two categories.
