The attendant answered a phone call and instead of asking the person to hold while she ran the register and got people moving out of line she stayed on the phone for almost 5 minutes which caused to line to get really long. People get agitated waiting on the attendant to get off the phone.

They suck

Nothing special about this murphy. Typical off the interstate gas station. Cheap gas. No instore deals like QT or spinx. Hot dogs were burned. Drink machine broken.Bathroom dark and toilets and sink broken. No changing station. We changed our baby outside. There also wasnt any coffee. Never seen so many problems at a gas station.

The attendant/cashier was not friendly and did not speak. She looked at me directly in my eyes, and didn't speak, I spoke to her before she would speak.

My cashier was Susan the other cashier was very nasty and rude. My cashier was helping me with getting cheese for my nachos. She apologized for there not being much in the machine but when she got done she came up and asked for the next customer in line and that's when the other cashier started getting nasty with her.

I use pay at the pump only service stations. I frequent this one all the time. This was on my way to work, and there had been an accident on the highway, prior to getting to your location. I don't have time, after something like that, to go in, stand in line, and have to pay...THEN pump, especially during the rush to work timeframe.

I believe the attendants name was Susan. She was very rude and unpleasant.

Went for a specific product, but they were out of stock but it is on back order

at the pumps all the garbage cans were all over flowing with trash and trash was all over the drive. there was no liquid or paper towels to clean my windshield. the bath room was filthy, its like this every time I use the rest room. the soap container was torn off the wall. the urinal is in a corner,it is always wet with a urine puddle in this corner. I quit using the hess gas station because the garbage cans were always over flowing and there was never any paper towels or liquid to clean the windshield.

I was fully satisfied.
