I expressed on a survey a week or two back regarding the exterior and interior cleanliness of this facility, but it is still the same. The exterior has trash such as cups, wrappers, etc strewn around the lot. The interior is just not clean with the entryway mat being as nasty as imaginable and the machine where I purchased a cappucino needing a really good wipe down. Looks like there's no pride and/or care in keeping the place up.

SORRY I was wrong.........after looking at the receipt again; the charges were correct. So, scratch everything that I disliked in the survey, everything was ALL GOOD on this visit, as I expected........ SO SORRY I misread the receipt. You may Post these comments.

For the second time in the past week, I've been unable to obtain a receipt (as I requested) from pump #15. called this to the attendant's earlier this week when I had to go inside to get a receipt. Apparently, nothing has been done to make the pump function properly and produce a receipt when requested. To use a medical expression (I'm a doctor of sorts), this is a coccygodynia! One clerk checking people out, and scanned my id for new company policy. Will not be back ever. No need to scan driver license.

Freezing rain outside, baby in car so set pump and sat in car watching pump. Took too long to stop so got out and discovered pump did not click off and was overflowing. Had to trudge inside with baby and attendant basically said it was my fault, too bad. That is ridiculous! I needed maybe 1/2 a tank of gas and had to pay the equivalent of more than a full tank!! Where's the customer service? Kindness? not even a small discount out of good faith! I have NEVER had this happen. I say it is faulty equipment and am extremely upset.
