The pumps were apparently out of gas. Or at least out of 87 octane gas. I got .21 worth of gas and it stopped. I drove by several other gas stations to get gas at this location and was on EMPTYou when I arrived there. I did try a different pump and got 0.00 out of it. I didn't think to try 89 and 93 octane gas to at least get me by to the next stop.

The cashier was on her phone texting. I stood there at least 2 minutes and she made no contact. Another customer entered the store she said I'll be right with you still texting. She reached for my tickets still texting. Ran my tickets, did NOT ask me if I wanted to purchase anything else and just gave me my change. She never put her phone down the entire time.

I stoped to fill up I used my debit card at the pump the pump started off just fine then started slowing down really fast the cashier in side never said any thing to me about having a problem with the pumps at all even after I moved to another pump in till I asked him what's up with the pumps that's when he said they shut them down at 10 pm it just really bothers me that he can't tell a cumster that the pumps shut down at 10 pm I can understand the store closing at 10:00 or what ever time they close up but the pumps should stay on cause no one can pump gas with out paying for it any way !

I came to get gas on Christmas Day. There were lights on and the pumps appeared to be operating. There was not a sign on the pump saying otherwise. I put my card in the pump and it allowed me to select a grade of fuel. The pump never turned on to pump fuel into my vehicle. I tried a second pump with the same result. I know the store was closed, but I would assume the pumps would be turned off as well if they were not functioning while the store was closed. I went down the street and pumped my gas. I wasted 15 minutes trying to get gas from pumps that could have had a closed sign on them. Meanwhile I had my family in the car waiting to travel for the holidays, so it extended our overall travel time. If the store is closed and people are not able to pump gas the pumps need to reflect the same and not waste my time trying to get gas from a closed pump.

I am a frequent visitor of Murphy's for years. The last two visits (including this one), my debit card was double charged. No, it wasn't a pending payment. Full double charges. Last time I called, faxed information and was taken care of. I figured it was a rare mistake. Nope, it happened again. I will check day 3 on bank tomorrow. I will have to call again, fax again, wait another two days for a credit (which means they held up 46 dollars for five days. This never happened before. Can you please look in to this so I can continue patronage. I won't until this is fixed. Sorry to be a negative nelly.
