Not much to be highly satisfied about when you go to pump your own gas at the pump and pay for it with your own credit card.

I had to go through the drive through in order to get my receipt for gas because although there was visibly paper in the machine it did not print me a receipt.

Most gas stations offer, at the pump, the same services and convenience. Therefore, to say this station was in the "highly satisfied" would be to say that this station provides pump service and payment services over and beyond that of every other station. It does not.

the pump nozzel did not have a swivel on its handle and was hard to minipulate into the tank fill because it was so stiff because it could not swivel. i hardly ever run into a no swivel pump nozzle in other gas stations. is there a good reason why there was no swivel on your pump handle there ?

The diesel pump nozzle was leaking.

There was not much to be highly satisfied about since I just obtained some gas for my car.

I guess it could always be better but I have no major complaints
