Why? Pretty simple. Good value and tremendous customer service from Carol Ann. ( I even went back in to get her name ). Good value can be found in a lot of places. Great customer service is rare. Carol should be commented for representing your company image in a positive way. ( BTW - I' m not talking about a pat on the back or a good old boy certificate. She makes you $$$$$.
