I purchase quick strike energy drinks everyday and 50% of the time the shelve is not stocked and I have to go around back and get them my self, I have mention this to management and nothing was done about it. Also the price went up on my products and finding cheaper prices at other service stations for name brand products of energy drinks the same distance I travel to Murphy.

My money was charged to a different pump. Luckily I had my receipt to view where it went. I had to hurry before someone could take that pump.

Attendant was on her cell phone when I approached the counter and it took her about a minute and a half to acknowledge that I was standing there even though she was looking right at me

I purchased gas from the pump as i do every week from this station, but i pressed 87 for regular and 2.04 showed on the pump. But as my tank was filling, i saw that the total was constantly elevating higher than normal. By the time my tank was full, the pump was at 52.60. Once the receipt printed, it read Premium 2.549, but that wasn't what was pressed. As i was walking in to discuss the matter, another customer was walking out very upset because the same thing happened to him and he was told that they only had Premium gas. Granted i understand that happens at times, but signs should have been posted on every pump to inform the customers. I should have been given the difference (10.00) back in cash, due to the negligence of the store not properly posting and informing everyone of their current gas situation. I along with everyone from my company came here weekly, but due to my failure to be properly compensated; we will no longer patronize this store.

I chose regular fuel to pump into my car. Regular gas is 2.299 dollar per gallon of gas. However, after I was finished pumping, I realized I had been charged more than 2.299 dollars per gallon. I had been charged 2.699 dollars for gas. I was confused as I had pressed the lever for regular gas. I went into the station to notify the attendant, not because I was worried about $5.80, but rather because the pump was not working properly. This is when I became dissatisfied with my service. The attendant, who was not wearing a name tag, but had bright blue eye liner and bleached blond hair, was very rude to me. When I told her about what had happened, she said "Well I don't know what you want me to tell you, you got Premium Plus gas and that's what you paid for. Here's your receipt." I did not appreciate the rudeness of the attendant. This station is at the entrance to my neighborhood and I stop here almost everyday on my way to work to purchase either gas, coffee or cigarettes. However, I will most likely not be returning to this gas station in the future nor will anyone else in my household.
