The pump did not have printer paper for the credit card receipt. There were 5 people waiting in line for one cashier. 4 people came in the store behind me and there was no room for them in the line. Several waited with the door open to get in line for the cashier. Solution: Put the printer paper in the gas pumps.

All was fine, and that's what a customer expects. You want a "highly" rating, something extraordinary must happen.

nothing to do with murphy usa...the place was crowded with cars and I had to wait to get to a pump because the other customers weren't considerate.

It was not necessarily the location, but the fact that the pump would not allow me to purchase gas due to the card reader not taking my card. I went inside and the cashier explained it happens sometimes due to the new chips in debit and credit cards. My one year old son was in the vehicle and it created an inconvenience for me, but no big deal! The cashier was very kind and friendly.
