Higher then across town fuel prices

Pump hoses are nasty and cracked scared going to get fuel on work clothes from bad fuel hoses.

The beer stocked on the bottom of the cooler was previously empty, when it was stocked, the price at the register was higher than the cooler price

Two prices were listed for each grade of fuel, for regular unleaded one was $2.08 and the other $2.11. I know with the Walmart card I get 5 cents off per gallon on my statement but it made me feel like I was having 3 cents added per gallon initially for a net savings of 2 cents per gallon. I know this is probably a misunderstanding but the way the pump is labeled is confusing. It appeared that if I paid with my normal credit card it would be the lesser amount but paying with the Walmart card gave me the higher amount.
