I was very satisfied. I just don't use the "highly satisfied" term unless I received the "wow" factor.

store is conveniently located products are easy to find store is clean

To get highly satisfied I feel like they had to be excellent and above the call of duty.

No specific reason why I was not Highly Satisfied. This is an excellent gasoline place, not Disneyworld.

I bought gas. Nothing extraordinary about the price or experience.

I was very satisfied with the experience while pumping fuel, there where no paper towels in the window wash area. But that was the only thing that needed improved

I was in a rush to get to college and the woman in front of me wanted a certain kind of beer that caused the cashier to go outside to find it and it was a few minutes delay. Also I tried to pay for gas at the pump but after I inserted my card I was told to see the attendant.
