One register the line was going pass door: pump would not allow me to use card it said see attendant: it works everywhere else.

No trash cans for the set of pumps I was using. No washer fluids or paper towels. Toilet is nasty. Hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

The cashier was very ruled

Lines at the register were too long and too slow. No additional employees appeared to be available during what I would consider a high volume time of day.

I use the inside facility for safety on the credit card. my Murphy card would not be accepted. The machine created. I asked her to get in manually she refused. Her name is chastity. I tried it many times. I asked if she could use the Walmart card she said no. I said okay I'll use my other card and then in that went through after several attempts. Then another girl that was there said space you could key it in manually and Chasity said I didn't know, so I said cancel the Visa card and I'll give you the Murphy USA card back. and she said no I can't do that it's already gone through. and you better hurry because its timing out now. I was very upset yesterday did not try to help me at all apparently did not know her machine well enough and then the printer did not work on the outside pump. I'm not happy

My husband pump gas I went in to get a drink and get a snack the man in front of me bought 2 honey buns 2 for 1.29 1 got 2 she charge me full price I ask her why she said. they weren't on sale I ask why he got them and I couldn't she was rude I told her I didn't want them she got mad because she to void it out i usually spend 80 dollars every 2 weeks. I will not any more this is not the 1st time but is the last manager was there didn't say a thing6

KENNETHIA!!!!!! How has this girl not been fired yet? Extremely rude, inattentive and sullen. I was even having a conversation about how bad she is with other customers while waiting for her to stop ignoring use and do her job. This has been happening for months now. Poor management.

There was no paper towels in the outside bucket to clean windows. Trash over flowing, the buckets had no water and the squeegee were torn.

Both attendants were on their cell phones the whole time, with a line.
