The receipt at the pump never prints anymore the store since its opening is always dirty

Every time I visit this store the same pump #10 never seems to have the receipt to print and the store workers are always engaged in conversation with there friends. The purpose of paying at the pump for me is to get in and get out. Not stop, go into your store which is always nasty and wait for the people on staff to finish with there friends to take 2 seconds just to give me a receipt. Not a good convenience.

I notified the attendant that there was Cars blocking the pumps she said that they're not going to move because they are here visiting so my access to a pump was denied they have people that come there and visit and play around the store and do not take care of customers they talk on cell phones texting eating while they're working at the counter customer service has a lack in it the manager was notified about these problems a week and a half ago and they still occur my phone number is 615-293-1119 I appreciate if somebody from corporate will give me a call the store location number is 8618 like I said these problems with attendance texting and talking on cell phones and eating at the counter and not taking care of customers like they should they have friends coming to the store and just blocking the fuel pumps while people are in line they told me that he's not going to move because they are here visiting that is unacceptable this location is directly down the street from my house I run a limo service a small company and I try the best I can to get reasonable fuel for gas but it's hard for me to do if I cannot get to the pumps because they have friends coming and visiting

This location is virtually impossible to get in and out of. All of the pumps were occupied and there were multiple cars in line waiting at each pump. And, the driveway to get in and out was blocked so it was impossible to navigate. Whoever designed the car wash to block half of the area, should be fired.

I shop this location regularly and have never experienced any problems and this is the first time I have seen this employee. This employee was beyond rude and does not need to be working with the public with her toxic attitude. There were no cups available for the freeze drinks, I said excuse me do you have any more cups? No Rey she turned and pointed to cups by the fountain drink machine. Upon paying I just stood there waiting on my total she never opened her mouth and spoke anything, I finally just handed her my credit card she pointed at the card machine, so I swiped my card, again continuing to stand there I said this is credit, she finally spoke 1 word and said red, so I continued to finalize the transaction. the entire visit she only said red meaning push the red button. She stood there the entire time looking mean, mad, and full of attitude. Very unprofessional and if this was my store she could not represent my brand with this type of demeanor...Highly unacceptable.

The attendant was yelling at a guest when I was entering the store she proceeded to argue with the guest until he left the store with out the product that he ask for so when I proceed to check out I sat my soda down and she looked at me as I was a bother to her I asked for my tobacco products she scanned them and tossed them down with the soda. She rudely talked about the guest before me to another worker who entered the store while I was paying.
