Many of the pumps were out of order.

The attendant did not greet me, nor ask me to return. I work in customer service, and understand the need to greet the guest and welcome them back. It helps to retain customers and builds repertoire with them. If Murphy's did not have the cheapest gas in my location I would possibly not return there as the attendants are typically unresponsive or not very cordial.
