I fill up at this location at least once per week, and there is a 50/50 chance that a receipt will not print at the pump. I need a receipt for my records, and I can't stand that I have to constantly go inside the location, wait for an attendant to be available, and then get a receipt printed.

This particular station is my go-to place for gas due to the proximity to my house. I fill-up here at least once per week, and there is a 50/50 chance that a receipt is not going to print at the pump, which forces me to go inside and wait in line for one or jockey for the attendant attention while he/she helps others at the counter.

The trash can/paper towel dispensers were ALL cover in some kind of oil. There were no paper towels to clean the oil off of my hands or to use to check my oil. There was also no clean water to clean my windshield. I have been buying gas at this location since it opened but it has deteriorated in the last few months.

the factor of having to buy products to get a discount on gas. The clerks were talking and not assisting customers

Every single time I go to the station I have to watch for someone to leave a pump so that i know it works! At least five times have I gone to a pump, only to try it over and over and finally realize it doesn't work. This honestly used to be my favorite station, the best I ever visited. Now I will only got there if I absolutely have to, and every time I'm disappointed. Please help this store, it has so much potential.

I wanted to purchase Dr pepper sodas. The attendant got the sodas for me and was not going to tell me they were out of regular Dr pepper and put the diet sodas in the bag. Had I not asked I would have got home and been upset. You should always give the customer the option. And always make them aware if you are out of a product.t

The credit card reader didn't work. After trying my card several times, I went inside. After waiting for 3 other costumers buying cigarettes, etc., I was told "yes, I know the card reader doesn't work, but company policy says I can't post a sign." THAT IS A REDICULOUS POLICY!!!! Why add to my inconvenience. If a sign had been posted, I could have moved to another pump. Making me come inside to find out the card reader is broken (as opposed to a problem with my credit card) has made your maintenance problem even worse by inconveniencing me further. That's not the way to treat your costumers.

i pay at the pump so i dont have to go inside. i need to have a printed receipt for expense reimbursement. more than half the time i fill at this location, no receipt gets printed outside and i have to waste time going into the store and wait in line to get my receipt. very disappointing.
