The cashier was on her phone throughout my transaction as well as all three customers ahead of me, I'm not sure how long she was on the phone before then. She had to ask me to repeat myself multiple times and then proceeded to tell whomever was on the phone that they were distracting her. I am a manager in retail and would fire my employee for an act like this immediately. I believe her name was Chasity. She said she was hiring a bunch of people because she doesn't want to work on her birthday.

It was obvious the person there showed up late coffee was not made creamers were out store was dirty cashier was rude I have never seen the store in the condition that has been in in the last few months. You need to bring Miss Stacy back she kept that store in Tip-Top shape coffee was always ready always friendly environment now and for the sake of not sounding prejudiced there's a bunch of trash in there. There is one gentleman that's usually there during the week early in the morning and he's always got the place ready to go but he's the only one I can say that for

The light were turned on and the pump accepted my credit card but the attendant was turning off the pumps and hence I only received a few cents worth of fuel. The pump was pumping very slowly. Eventually, the attendant came outside and said she was closed. Therefore myself and the other customers did not get the fuel we wanted. (The customer at the next pump had his card accepted and the pump went to $0.00 but he didn't get any fuel.) There should be a way for the attendant to indicate that the station is closed/closing possibly by turning out the lights over the pumps.

Fountain area was almost empty, when I asked the sales associate if they were out of lids and cups she acted like I was bothering her conversation with the other sales associate on duty. The store floors were filthy and sticky. The cooler was very empty. The sales associate that got the fountain items is also the one that checked me out and I felt like I was "bothering" her. My husband, myself, and my children all come into this location because of the cleaniness and friendliness of your workers. We purchase all of our gasoline, cigarettes, and snacks from this location. It is conveniently located near our home.

I used my Murphy credit card and did not receive a discount for five cents per gallon

Paid at pump but couldn't get reciept, printer out of paper. Went in aND there was a long line of customers while attendant talked to customer at counter about personal stuff. I asked if I could just get a reciept and attendant was rude and seemed intentionally slow printing reciept. I mentioned trash outside was overflowing out of the trash cans leaving no room to throw away my trash. Attendant was rude about this and slowed down even more. Took a long time to just get reciept while long line of other customers waited. This station is less than a block from my house so I stop for fuel often. I almost always end up having to go in for ,y reciept even though I pay at the pump. There is a new station at the new walmart nehborhood market down the street. I need to just stop there more instead of waiting till I'm almost home and have to use this station.

I bought 15.00 worth of gasoline and an hour later I found out I was charged 35.00 on my debit card!! I have heard of this happening before at this certain station.
