As I was pumping gas today, a female customer inside the shoppette fainted. Apparently she recovered quickly and began walking back to her car. However, your service attendant/cashier, Katrina, took it upon herself to call 911 to request medical help. Katrina followed the woman out to her car while still on the phone with 911, pleading with the woman to please just sit in her car and not drive away. All the while Katrina's attention was divided between the 911 operator and the woman. Paramedics arrived shortly thereafter. I just want to let you all know that Katrina did an absolutely wonderful job in handling this situation, keeping her composure throughout the ordeal. She went above and beyond on the job today and is a great credit to your organization. Very impressive young lady.
