The attendant that I got this receipt from is NOT the attendant that I had the issue with. The gentleman that ended up taking care of me was courteous and respectful and is ALWAYS very polite friendly and nice. Now Jennifer on the other hand was rude, disrespectful and just out right ugly in her attitude. I rarely have to pay for things with change BUT unfortunately I had to yesterday and I came in and walked up to Jennifer's register because Anthony had a line well Ms. Jennifer saw my change and threw the rolls on the counter asked me what I needed and I told her I needed $10 on pump 7 and a pack of cigarettes well she patted those rolls and said what kind of rolls I needed I was so infuriated that I didn't even respond. She then walked away without asking me to roll them, without offering any assistance she went to the end of the counter and started speaking to another woman at the end of the counter and after I rolled my change which was not even that much it was barely enough to roll, but in the end I ended up in Anthony's line because she was outside talking to a man and I have been told that she was being looked at for an Asst. Mgr. position that clearly she has no skills 4

The cashier Caterina Mar was talking to a customer about taking pills and other stuff and I told her you should not talk about stuff like that to customers and she got a attitude at me for just giving her good advice

I pulled into Pump 13 and when I put my credit card in the button you push for the credit option was not working, so my transaction got cancelled 3 times. I had pushed "help" to call an attendant and no one answered for several minutes, so I sent my daughter inside to go get someone. After several more minutes and no help came, I started walking in myself, then someone rudely said I had to go to another pump or come inside to pay because that pump's computer screen was broken due to someone using a pen to hit the buttons and it was not going to be fixed again because it had already been fixed twice. I was upset because I had been standing out in the freezing cold for a long time before anyone even spoke to me or offered help and all the other pumps were occupied. I had to wait for another pump, then pull around to redo my transaction for the 4th time! The woman over the speaker snapped at me when I asked her simple questions about the pump, and didn't even apologize for me waiting all that time out in the cold to find out what was going on! What a horrible experience!

I sat in line about 3 minutes with no one in the store before I was even acknowledged. The attendant was too busy talking on her Bluetooth over by the coffee. No one else was in the store. It isn't the first time I have seen this with this specific cashier. I shouldn't have to wait to pay for my stuff because someone wants to finish their conversation.

I went to your store # 8724 at 4520 fayetteville rd & I paid at the pump using my debit card...I purchased $20 worth of gas...my card is showing a pending transaction for $100...the manager was trying to tell me @ every gas station if u pay with your card at the pump its going to hold $100 which is not true, I pay with my card all the time when I get gas & have never experienced this before. If that was the case there should be signs posted that states that a $100 hold applys to customers that swipe their debit cards at the pump. I am very disappointed with my experience at your gas station. On top of that the "store manager " Stephanie was very rude...instead of her listening to my problem she talking over me, want give me a chance to complete my sentences before she cut in, then told me that my best bet next time is to come inside the store...I will never use your gas station again

I hit the regular on pump 10 and no price or nothing showed. The pump began to pump and I filled up my car up. Receive my ticket and i saw price gallon 2.68 at 9.949 gal totaling 26.75. I went into the store to talk to the man and showed him the ticket and he said he could not do anything to call the company, he said a man had came in yesterday and had the same problem. On the pump nothing showed but the super regular and everything else was blank. This is the first time I have had a problem from the store because I come at least every week since the opening. Thank you for this matter
