This used to be my favorite store to visit in the morning and the evenings after work but the change in staff has not been that great at all. They are not that friendly and it appears they need additional training on how to be professional. It just has not been an good experience anymore since November - December 2016.

I can't get a receipt at the pump most times I get gas at this location. Last night the receipt paper was jammed in the pump. I asked attendants to open and give me receipt. They balk when I ask them for that. Attendant that did open it (begrudingly) pulled out jammed receipts dated 11/21--the day before my visit. He kept fumbling w/ paper and did not stop to get me a receipt from inside. He made me go in to get it. The attendant inside kept printing out OTHER receipts--not mine. She kept asking what pump, as I pointed to the pump. I told her I did not know the number but told her & pointed to 1st pump. Attendants don't care and can't be bothered to provide receipts. They seem "put out" and make excuses. The female attendant acted like my request was unreasonable, talked a lot, but failed to try to help. She doesn't seem to know pump numbers, and I don't want to have to keep track. On previous visit there was no receipt paper threaded. Attendants walk away, don't come out to help, grumble about my asking for receipt from the pump. Just tell me to go in & get it. On ANOTHER previous visit I couldn't get receipt at the pump--AGAIN. THEY DON'T CARE, NEED TRAINING.

I love coming to this location. It is convenient and the coupon is great. However I was really disappointed in the price hike right before hurricane Matthew. I thought it was against the law to gouge, but gas had been 2.01 before the storm.

I prepaid for gas and the pump stopped before I could pump it all, then the attendant refused to give me the balance back after the pump said go see attendant for ur change

Attendant ignored me on entering inside store and was holding a big sum of money in one hand while punching some numbers into register and counting more money. I asked him if there was anyone free to help me and with a smartalic answer he said he was waiting on me. If you don't acknowledge the customer how do they know they are being helped? I go to put gas and he shuts off the pump at the exact moment I go to fuel up. That makes me go back in and ask for him to reset it. More sarcasm and dry attitude from Attendant. Most cashiers are constantly on their cell phones there and ignore the customer. Many get mad that you interrupt their personal conversation while on the clock. Very Bad Service!!

The attendant was rude. When I entered the establishment instead of greeting me she remained seated and gave me a blank stare saying nothing. I kindly asked her for $20.00 on pump two she rung me up. I had to ask for a recipt and I was on my way. She was not in proper attire wareing the uniform loosely and a random bonnet on Her hair. I was insulted by the way I was treated at a place that I frequent. I hope to be notified that the issue was addressed.
