I pushed the regular button, but was charged for premium. I could not go in and complain because I had a baby sleeping in the car.

I purchased lottery tickets. Cashier Brody Shay rung my purchase up wrong. He even overcharged me by 5 dollars and tried to dispute it. The lottery machine must have jammed when printing tickets. Rather than say anything, Mr. Shay simply applied tape to my torn lottery ticket and handed it to me. I asked for a manager and non was onsite. Thankfully, a young African American female employee, whose name I did not catch, attempted to resolve the problem; nevertheless, she wanted to keep my receipt saying that she needed it to resolve the dispute with her manager. When I refused, she indicated that she could reprint the receipt. I don't know what kind of record Mr. Shay has but he should not be working that lottery machine at all. He does not know how to tally up totals. All he had to do was reprint the lottery ticket total and try to resolve it rather than dispute it with me. Please retrain him on how to use that lottery machine properly because he needs it badly. I also would greatly appreciate it if this company would refund me the $5.00 that Mr. Shay overcharged me. Thank you.
