Restroom was dirty, there were two soap dispensers mounted on the wall, both were empty. There was also bottle of hand soap on the sink and it was empty.

First, the receipt failed to print at the pump. Went in and was provided a copy. After returning home I check my on line credit card account and found the $23.50 charge plus a $1.00 holding charge. Called the 386-428-1609 for location #8646 to ask about the charge around 8:30 PM. Female who answered told me, " it was my bank who placed a hold charge". Emailed my bank. They answered, it is the merchant who placed the "hold" charge. Your associate lied to me. I will not use your facility in he future. I attempted to use Text To Pay and got a message to call a phone number. The lady at that number could not find and/or fix the problem. She gave me another number to call. That number was a voice activated computer that only applied to purchases that had already been made. There was NEVER a choice to speak to a person. Instead of my discount I paid full price. I could have gotten that price in a number of places. Today I just sent a text and got a number for the discount. I have to wonder if it is going to work when I go for gas in a few minutes.

I waited in line for around ten minutes because there was only one attendant at the registers, even though there were two other employees (Shelby being one of them) standing behind the counter chatting. When Shelby finally starting taking frustrated customers, the woman behind me ran over and got ahead of me in line. I said I was next, and Shelby said nothing even though I was clearly and obviously next. When it was my turn, I let her know how dissatisfied I was and she just stared at me blankly saying nothing, offering no apology or any rhyme or reason why she was letting this all happen. I asked to speak to the manager, who she claimed had stepped out. I believe she said his name was Travis. This was on 3/27/15 and I am STILL having bad feelings about my experience in your store. I will never, ever, EVER go back to one of your stores. I could not believe how the bad the service was, let alone the way the employees treat the customers so poorly. The store was total anarchy. I will make sure that I tell everyone that I know how bad it is there, and to never ever make the mistake of stopping there for gas or anything else. It is not worth stress and frustration that you will endure.
