Upon walking out of the store a truck pulled into parking lot and lady got out and walked over to the side where the vacuum is, there were 3 cars parked there and several guys on bicycles and lady walked up to yellow car and was getting something out her pocket and leaning in the car. They guys on the bicycles gathered around the yellow car which I believe is a camero. Anyways I'm a frequent customer and I felt really uncomfortable getting in my car at this time

"Highly" would signify over and above what is to be expected. That didn't happen.
