As I have reported many times before, some of the pump handles will not swivel on the hose making it very difficult to get the thing into the gas tank. They are very hard to work with and need to be repaired. This has been going on for MONTHS!!! Fixem please.

We frequent this particular Murphy station located in our town of New Smyrna Beach ,Florida on a regular basis .a few times the pumps were not functioning as far as the card reader was concerned . And many times we have notice customers filling their vehicles or gas containers while using a cell phone and this made our experience uncomfortable ..I would think management should be able to stop fuel when a dangerous condition like I mentioned is observed , and alert the offenders of their violation.

While still not clean in the fueling area, it's better than a few months ago when I stopped purchasing gas a Murphy because of the filthy fueling area. You should check out the Wawa which has recently opened on how to operate a fueling area and convenience store in general. They know how to doe it. And they are busier than Murphy 24/7
