I pushed the regular button however I was charged and given premium. When I told the cashier inside he gave me the difference back in cash. He told me that the pumps do that sometimes. That is not acceptable. That should not happen

If you put in your pin wrong it doesn't let you swipe the card again or try again. it just tells you to see the attendant. If that could be changed it would be very helpful especially if you are in a rush or its night time. That was my only problem.

When I arrived, there was nobody in the store. After some time I realized that the attendant was outside emptying the trash. I felt it was bad timing and extremely unsafe! After several minutes, another attendant arrived and was quite surprised that the other attendant had done that.

I wasn't dis-satisfied... but nothing memorable happened that makes me want to rush back to that particular location the next time i need gas.

Pumped gas and got no receipt, had to walk in to retrieve a receipt, once in had to wait

The pump was confusing...trying to sell additional products. Had a problem deleting all of that so the pump would recognize my credit card. After filing, no receipt was available, so I went inside for receipt to make sure I had not bought something I did not want.

My complaint involves that sometimes the dispensers do not print a receipt. The date was May 1, 2015. I went inside to ask for a receipt and Thaddeus told me the company would not repair the ticket printer. I explained that a week before a receipt printed. He began to argue with me and I explained that I retired from an oil company and had changed receipt paper many times and had trained my personnel on how to do the job. Western Regional Manager for a major oil company. Thaddeus continued to argue about the situation and the other attendant(possibly the store manager kept saying to the young man why are you doing this arguing. This is not the first time Thaddeus has made the same statements. Other MurphyUSA locations around the country do not seem to have the dispenser ticket issue

Paid at pump but receipt did not print so I had to go in to get it. There were three clerk's but I had to wait in line while the other two clerks played with a adding machine.
