The attendant was very unprofessional during the checkout she was talking to guy next to the register and did not once talk to me until she said i put in the wrong pin. Also she was eating a box of Popeyes at the rigister.

Every time I have purchased gas here in the last few months I pay at the pump and the printer is out of paper requiring me to go inside for my receipt. I understand this happens, but this happens too often to be normal procedure. For this reason I will avoid purchasing gas at this location. I will either visit the sams gas station across the freeway or another gas station altogether.

Every time I go to this station, the print at pump does not work. So have to inside to get receipt. Attendant claims the tape must be out but at different pumps every time - REALLY

Attendant had one door locked with no sign. After a couple customers went around to the other door to find out if this location was indeed open, attendant appeared. Attendant motioned for me and others to walk around for service. Upon entering and asking why the door was locked, attendant stated he was busy with the water hose on one side and people could enter the store without his knowledge and steal. I indicated that at a minimum, a sign should be placed on the door so people are aware of the minor inconvenience. Attendant ignored my request

The atmosphere, attendant, and prices were all fine. I bought 2 sports drinks that were good, but I also bought a 20 oz Coke Zero that was expired. I failed to look at the expiration date on the bottle, but when I opened it and tasted it, I could tell it was expired. It would be nice if the workers would clear out old merchandise in the refrigerator cases so that this doesn't happen again. Thanks.

Very busy. As we entered to refuel, two cars were blocking the pumps, not refueling their vehicles. One finally moved and then we observed a Mercedes stopped in the lane also. The attendant came out of her locked office to HAND DELIVER something to someone in the Mercedes. Looked awful suspicious to me. What do you think????

I am really dissatisfied because I should receive a copy of my transaction in the gas pump. I dislike to waste my time for going to the cashier and wait a long line as I were in a supermarket. I want the receipt in the pump as the machine ask: Do you want a printed receipt?, but when I finished anything came out from the machine. I recommended to the person in charge to fix this problem for the customers. If you can´t do this I will not longer use this gas station. Hope you fixed for future of your company.

How hard is it for the attendant to make sure paper is at the pump for receipts? The entire reason to pay at the pump is for convenience. Having to get in your vehicle, stop to walk inside, have the attendant ask you what pump you are when you are the only customer (and he could have looked out the window-he knows how the pumps are numbered, have to walk back outside to get the pump number and FINALLY get my receipt. Not very convenient, is it?
