I was driving to run an errand with friends and didn't even get four blocks from home and not even off the the residential streets. I had just proceeded to go after coming to a stop at a three way stop intersection when out of nowhere another vehicle slammed into mine and my air bags were exploding. The brunt of the impact was at the front on my side, the drivers side, but the force of the vehicle hitting me shifted damage well into the passenger front side. Thankfully nobody in my vehicle or theirs was injured except for minor airbag burns. Witnesses said the car that hit me was driving above the speed and was clearly typing on a phone with head down and veered the corner ignoring the stop sign completely. Beyond upset at several factors, including my vehicle possibly being totaled out rather than repaired and having to depend on another vehicle through a rental company temporarily but still that time I'll be depending on a vehicle and their responsibility for the monetary values I'm to endure. Enterprise telephoned me within 48 hours of the car wreck. That's exceptionally quick, especially since I hadn't even competed a full report with the insurance company the at fault driver was covered by. Setting up an appointment the same day was an option, however, only if I could find my own ride to the Enterprise office because a rep picking me up was not available if I wanted re rental that same day they called. If I didn't get my own ride to the office I would have had to wait a few days till the beginning of the following week due to scheduling and the office hours and weekend days. What choice did I have because I wasn't going to be carless for almost a week by the time the insurance, rental company and mostly the employees of these companies allowed for me to experience anything convenient Obviously, it was going to be whenever they chose....and an offer to squeeze me in or customer service reps work earlier or later...no offer of their working wasn't going to be o
