This is the second time I have pulled into a bay where the machine would not register my zip code when asked. Both times I had to locate to a different pump, which was very inconvenient.

We r regular customers. We go at least once a day. Sometimes we have to wait for the attendant, whom is stocking or outside doing other things. We do at least 60% of these surveys. We take time from our busy schedules to do them. We are faithful customers. I understand that these surveys help ur company finding out problems, issues and good reviews. I would like to see ur company to have something for ur faithful customers. We never get a response from none of our surveys. If it wasn't for your customers whom are faithful and regular.. U wouldn't have great sales and word of mouth. We don't even know if these surveys are read! These are my thoughts and concerns. Thank u for ur time?

I have to be honest. The issue took place off Murphy property but your manager was dressed in her Murphy attire when it took place. I find it profoundly and deeply disgusting that your Manager Alisha went to a former employee's workplace to cause an issue for her. After hearing that through word of mouth around town, I asked the employee about it but she refused to talk about it. I do know that your manager acted highly unprofessionally and has a long history of harassing former workers at their new jobs. Because of her unprofessional and borderline criminal behavior of harassing people at their workplaces, I will no longer be a Murphy customer nor will anyone I know. I have a credit card with you and will pay it off and no longer be a customer. Your manager was unprofessional when this young woman whose husband has cancer worked there and she has continued to harass her even though she left on good terms. This is unprofessional, ridiculous, and childish. I was disgusted by what I heard and it was from people Alisha talked to, not the former employee. Your management reflects poorly on your company and it is disgraceful.

I entered the checkout area and I was not greeted, the girl Jasmin Ren was busy on her cell phone talking to someone. This was not a work related call by the sounds of it from my end. I was not even acknowledged, told her what I needed and she got me what I came for, did not tell me the price of my purchase, did not ask me to swipe my credit card, nothing came out of this girls mouth to me. Very disappointed in the service offered to me by her. I feel she should have put her phone down, acknowledged I was there, asked what I needed and told me a total of my purchase and maybe even said thanks but she offered not one word to me. This is not Murphy's usual employee, don't know if she is new or what but someone needs to talk to her about professionalism and how to handle a customer. What if I had a question? Thanks for allowing me to comment.

It is 16 degrees outside in Iowa tonight. I, along with the customer behind me waited for five minutes before the attendant, Deb Shannon, showed up. I was there to purchase two packs of cigarettes for my fiance and I. She grabbed one pack that was wrong, then mistakenly bumped the register so that it cashed out the transaction. She then took another five minutes to try and void the mistake transaction, all while we waited in the below freezing temperatures, and after I told her she could fix her mistake after she serves us. I know this because I'm a former employee. She proceeded to argue with me that She needed to fix it right that second. She never apologized for making us wait so long, never tried to upsell, never said thank you. Nothing. I will continue to come because I'm a regular and our smokes are cheaper here, but I refuse to come while she's working. The sheer lack of customer service from her is absolutely appaling.
