Clears often seem detracted from focusing on customers, either doing paperwork, cellphones or having conversations with each other.

The cashier was on the phone for half of our interaction. Then complained about the phone conversation after hanging up the phone.

the attendant's pants were hanging down lower than I prefer to see in a public place and as it being a employee. I go to this location all the time and this is the first time this has happened and the first time I have seen this employee.

The term Highly Satisfied is not the best term to use in a survey. Highly Satisfied to me means they you are going above and beyond what everyone else is doing in your market share. You are doing a great job in keeping up with your competition, but I would not say you have anything that makes Murphy stand out as a place I would pick over any other of equal appearance.

All pumps are at too much pressure. All nozzles should at varible nozzle control. NOT at full speed/pressure when triggered.

The attendant was on her cell phone ... and she took awhile to get to the register and she was still on the her phone when she Rang me up and she didn’t welcome me or say goodbye
