When I arrived to Murphy USA I pulled up to a pump near the front of the building visible to the cashier and decided to do a post pay. I started to pump gas ,however, at 13 cents the cashier Zahid stopped the pump and I was forced to go inside to pay with cash. I was not offered an explanation as to why nor was I offered any of your specials on any of your products

It smells like an old folks home or a diaper. Someone overused the deodorizing cleaner. The cashier Zahid is also unfamiliar with the technology such as samsung pay or digital Marlboro coupons.

The attendant is Lashawn. The ENTIRE time I was inside the store, he was talking on his cell phone. He tried "hiding" it by using an ear piece with the cord under his shirt but HELLO! When there is only client (me) inside the store and he is talking...but not to the client?? Even when he was ringing up my items, he was chatting away. I had to tell him two or three times that I wanted $5 on pump 7. Also the items on the grill roller is NOT what was pictured. According to the signs, there was supposed to be the cheeseburger dogs. What I got was a polish dog with no cheese. Plus the chili dispenser was not working. I was not happy with that but he would not stop talking on the phone long enough for me to ask him about that.

The price charged was not the price advertised on the station sign board, and was 10 cents higher than nearby stations.

The attendant had some serious attitude problem, she should never be in a customer service business. Kierra was her name. Advise: please drop this attitude, especially with the customers who are nice.

Everytime i come in the indian guy is always giving me a hard time and is very rude to me. I came in today trying to do buy the 3 dr pepper products and get 10 cents off 15 gallons gas but i needed more than that so i asked if he can charge my card $40 towards gas. He was very rude to me telling me no cause its only good for 15 gallons.. yes sir i understand thay and im ok with that but i asked for $40 towards it so i can fill up my tank completely he then proceeded to snatch up a calculator and get more rude with me telling me it will only $30 and some change! And refused to r any more of my questions. Makes me not want to come back to this location and i will be starting to go somewhere else. Id rather drive farther and get better customer service elsewhere ove been coming to this location way too long to be treated this way

Wash buckets were empty and the trash was full also is it normal for your staff to buy mikes hard lemonade while working? Just wondering because that's the transaction that was taking place before I was being helped.

I buy cigarettes @ Murphy's because typically they have the best price around me. There are other stores closer but I appreciate the value. During my visit I was purchasing 5 packs of cigarettes and brought in 5 coupons sent to me direct from the manufacturer. The back of the coupon says "limit 1 coupon per purchase of specific product". I bought 5 packs and had 5 coupons (1 per product). The cashier was clueless on what to do so she asked for assistance from a woman sitting beside her on a personal phone (on what was clearly a personal call judging by the way she asked her caller to hold). She claimed she is the manager and said they would not accept all 5 coupons at once. I replied I frequent this location often (3-5 times a week) and this has been done multiple times before. She became argumentative with an attitude and said she was the manager and doesn't approve this and asked us who has done this in the past. I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE'S NAME THERE! I AM A CUSTOMER! WHY ASK ME WHO'S DONE THIS? She finally allowed her employee to take the discount off, but said just this time. The argument was unnecessary and embarrassing. I could hear her talking about me as I left. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Will never buy gas from here again . both cashier's were rude and were not even at counter at time of payout . never will I buy fuel or stop here. Cashier had terrible attitude.

I told the attendent that i would like to get 12 dollars of gas and that along with my products came to a total of 14.99. I went to pump my gas and hit unleaded. Gas prices were listed as 1.55/gal however when i finished pumping my gas the pump gave me to option to print my receipt it automatically did it and the pump shorted me 25 cents. I told the attendent that i was shorted and she said it will return to my card however it did not. I also saw i was charged 1.95/gal of gas and told her i pressed unleaded. She told be that i MUST have pressed super unleaded. I know what i pressed because i am not a child pushing random buttons and as a delivery driver i pump gas quite often. She basically called me a liar in front of several people in line and made it out to be that i wad trying to get one over on her but i just wanted my had to cost how much it was listed for! Nevertheless i am never going here again because i have been told by others to stay away and i will now relay the message to my fellow drivers in the area. Horrible customer service and perhaps a bad pump. Customers need to be treated with respect and i unfortunately was not.
